NGN INFRARED ROASTED COFFEE
NEVER BURNT, NEVER BITTER
As our name implies, all of NGN coffee has been infrared roasted. This simply means that during the roasting cycle, the coffee beans are not exposed to an open flame like nearly 98% of the other coffee roasters do in the country.
NGN’s infrared roasted coffee is never burnt, noticeably smoother, and less acidic; making it more friendly for all ages, digestive and dietary concerns, and fitness levels. When you burn the coffee beans, you rupture the cells of the bean, which disperses the coffee volatiles/oils. As a result you reduce the coffee yield per pound. With infrared roasting, the cells are not ruptured and the bean retains more volatiles/oils generating a higher cup yield and in turn more cups per pound of coffee.
