What is non-GMO?

Non-GMO means that the ingredients have not been genetically modified from their original state. The whey protein sourced to create this product has been tested to make sure no contamination has occurred. You can rest assured you are getting a very clean and high quality product. This product is also free of any harmful chemicals, pesticides, and hormones.

How much sodium and potassium is in your protein?
NCI contains a 2:1 potassium to sodium ratio to enhance your recovery after a demanding workout, and to limit bloating. There are 72mg of sodium and 245mg of potassium.

Does your protein become denatured in the process?
No. We use a cold filtered micro processing procedure that ensures the highest quality of whey protein possible. No heat or acids are used in this process in order to prevent denaturing. This process yields a protein that is rich in glycomacropeptides, immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, and alpha lactalbumin.

What is the difference between whey concentrate and whey isolate?
Whey concentrate is generally a cheaper and more abundant protein on the market. It is not as pure as an isolate and does not usually yield as much protein per serving. Whey concentrate is short filtered, only part of the milk sugars are removed, meaning it contains lactose. For those who are lactose intolerant, whey isolate is the better choice. Natural Cuts Isolate is non-GMO, lactose free, sugar free, gluten free and soy free. Whey protein concentrate is still a good source of protein, but the Isolate is a cut above.

Does your protein contain soy?
Our protein is produced in a facility that produces soy products, but our protein is guaranteed soy free.

What is Infrared Roasting?
Infrared roasting is the state of the art roasting process that ensures you a better cup of Joe every time. Rather than the conventional method of roasting beans next to an open flame, the beans are roasted and cooked evenly through out. This prevents the beans from getting burnt and producing a bitter taste.

Where do the beans come from?
The coffee beans are bought according to harvest zones and the wet/water season. We use Arabica Beans from the most reputable plantations with most strict regulations in the world. This ensures safety, quality, freshness, order accuracy and efficiency pertaining to natural, organic, and fair trade certifications.

What are the benefits?
The proprietary roasting process naturally reduces the acids that form from conventional roasting. Reducing irritants that lead to indigestion, acid reflux, and upset stomach make for a much more enjoyable coffee experience. This also creates a much more smooth taste, avoiding the bitter and burnt flavor many other coffee’s may have.

How does it taste?
This may just be the best part of your day. Infrared roasting reduces the acids, evenly roasts the bean, and completely eliminates the burnt and bitter taste. In fact, the aroma of the coffee beans has been shown to be 25% greater compared to conventional roasting. Since this is a uniform process, the beans are consistent in flavor with no deviation from bag to bag. It will be the same great coffee taste you will grow to love.

How much caffeine is in it?
Caffeine content varies depending on how the coffee is brewed, but on average it is approximately 100 milligrams per 12oz cup.
